Στην μπροστινή όψη εικονίζεται ο ήρωας Κωνσταντίνος Κανάρης. Στο κάτω μέρος υπάρχει και η υπογραφή του. Στην πίσω όψη περιγράφονται τα κατορθώματά του. Η συντήρηση περιέλαβε τον καθαρισμό του έργου, την στερέωσή του και την ανάρτησή του σε αρχειακό χαρτόνι.
In the recto side of the watercolor, the Greek hero Konstantinos Kanaris is depicted, as well as his own signature. In the verso side his achievements are reported. The following conservation treatments took place: cleaning, consolidation and conservation mounting.
